A fantastic supplement! I took a jar of capsules three times daily out of laziness. It alleviated my chronic fatigue syndrome, and my cholesterol levels are now normal. I intend to continue using this oil as a healthy addition to our diet and believe that it won't cause cholesterol to rise, contrary to some opinions here. It's better to avoid butter and store-bought pastries, as they often contain margarine.
